Surf Psychology

Surf Psychology is the understanding of how the human mind works in relation to all aspects that impact surf performance. It is also knowing how to, as a therapist and coach, help surfers do the work to break the mental blocks that are holding them back from progressing in their surfing. This includes coaching and therapy around overcoming fear, heal from surf and water related trauma, performance and competitive mindset, how to be comfortable in the surf lineup, how to build confidence and self esteem.
